Who are you?
Hi! I'm Mina! I am an artist and a writer deep into a couple fandom spaces. My favorite kind of merch is subtle, stuff like shirts repping a company that could exist in a fantasy world, or legitimately useful items with quotes or subtle, evocative designs.
All of the art on products on this site is 100% my work, mostly designed through Affinity Designer, Photo, or Publisher.
What happens when I pre-order an item?
Every item up for preorder will be clearly communicated as such. On the date indicated, I will close preorders and start the production process--usually sending out the files and getting proofs. Getting things produced takes a bit of time, usually between two weeks and two months. When your item ships out, you will get a notification!
What happens when I buy a print-on-demand product?
All print-on-demand orders (currently most products, it will say in the description) are currently fulfilled through Printful—they will create and ship your order, and they will never sell out. However, all communication will be through this shop! You send your order to me, it's passed along instantly to Printful, and they begin production. Prices can be variable, from cheap to quite expensive.
Printful has factories across the world, so they print the items in the one closest to you. Shipping can be much cheaper for these items than you expect, though not everything in the shop is processed through them.
So are other products handled differently?
Non-POD (print-on-demand) products are handled directly by me. That includes pins, stickers, bags, keychains... I receive the inventory and send it out to you personally! If the product description doesn't say "print-on-demand," it is fulfilled by me.
Can I get shipping and tracking information?
Of course! Unfortunately, Printful does not give me an email address to send that information to. If you would like a tracking number, please reach out with the contact form and I can totally get it to you.
Print-On-Demand Returns
Any product fulfilled by Printful will come with a return address. You can ship your item back, and it will be held for about a month to change the shipping address if necessary. (Contact me with the form on this site if you need more details, please.)
When do my products ship?
Printful products typically ship within a week of the order. Non-pod products are shipped even faster! Please reach out if you want more detail.
What does my money go to?
The majority of the money from MinaMart goes directly to making more cool stuff: ordering new products, designing new ones, and figuring out packaging! About 50-75% of an item's cost is the manufacturing cost, and 10-20% are fees for using PayPal and BigCartel.
